In 2015, moments after Johnathan booted his team to Grand final victory, Johnathan’s daughter Frankie (two years old at the time) stole the show when she carried her doll onto the field at ANZ Stadium in Sydney.  Pictures of Johnathan emotionally embracing his daughter were shared across social media, as many people dubbed it the “best image’ from the grand final. Social media went into a frenzy as the nation commented on the images.

JTWomenToLead aims to increase women’s participation in the workforce and reduce the gender gap in the following targeted areas: young women, mature women returning to the workforce, indigenous women, and industries of sport, politics, business, mining and more.
