We are offering an opportunity for a Community & Content Strategist to bring their expertise to a team of specialists to together create and deliver on tomorrow’s digital marketing strategy.The RoleThis role reports to the Director of E-Commerce and supports the three properties by driving the online customer experience and proactively improving the digital customer journey and brand experience, ensuring all digital platforms are technically optimized to attract and engage visitors in a way that’s both commercial and inspiring.In this role some of your key responsibilities will include:Managing all aspects of social media scheduling and coordinationCollateral creation and development (both off and online) that is on brand, speaks to audience and is aligned to hotel strategiesManaging photoshoots - ensuring set up and execution is in line with brand guidelinesChampioning each of the brands to the broader hotel teamsWorking with food and beverage to drive outcomes on events, specials or any other revenue driving opportunityManaging media and influencer opportunities to ensure the best stories are captured, experience is exceptional, reach and audience are aligned to the business and brandEDM creation and execution on time and on brand, aligned to hotel strategiesAbout YouThe following will set you up for success in this sought-after role:Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Business, Commerce or another related subjectMinimum of 2 years' relevant marketing experiencePrevious experience in managing multiple social channels across a variety of platforms and technically optimizing all digital platforms to attract and engage visitors.Experience in being the brand ''champion'' in an organization - updating others and ensuring compliance in all marketing material.Understanding of consumer trends and how to find and leverage insights around planning and purchasing behavior.Confidence in presenting at hotel level meetings.Demonstrated drive for improvement - research, benchmarking, testing of new initiatives.Unlimited work rights in Australia, as this is a full-time roleWhat we offer in returnWith 39 brands in 110 countries and 4900 addresses worldwide we offer not only growth and opportunity, but also a culture of inclusion to allow you to shine. The Role

About You

The following will set you up for success in this sought-after role:
