Position Summary

  • Accountable for processing tasks related to the Cash & Banking and Financial Services functionality of Australian Business Unit East

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ConocoPhillips Corporate Card program, including administration,
    maintenance using banking portal and support to staff
  • Maintain process for Corporate Card monthly load file from bank to SAP
  • Reconciliation of Corporate Card accounts
  • Process Journals & Reconciliations of ConocoPhillips bank accounts
  • Monitor upload and maintain daily bank statements / cash at bank
  • Travel & Expenses Administration and support using SAP T&E
  • T&E reconciliations of holding account
  • Create and maintain process for Customer / Vendor SAP Master records. Liaise
    with Corporate groups when required
  • Assist with the process for CATS entry and approval in SAP
  • Daily Payment run set up and support to AP if required
  • Ensure audit and SOX compliance on above processes, participate in regular audits

Experience & Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years minimum experience related to Finance, or related field
  • Experience in SAP (specifically FI/CO, AP, MM)
  • Excel spreadsheet intermediate to advanced
  • Ability to self-manage, communicate and initiate problem resolution

Preferred

  • Experience in Treasury / Banking processes
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance / Business / Commerce or equivalent
