They have a great reputation for creating a safety-focused culture whilst they expand their operations here in Queensland. We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Support Coordinator. We currently have 3 Positions available across our client's field-based sites in the Surat Basin.1. Chinchilla2. Dalby3. Woleebee CreekInitially, on a 12-month basis, this is a local/regional role and you will be working Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00.Responsibilities:Manage the daily allocation of pool vehiclesManage bookingsIssue and receive vehicles, including checking vehicle conditions and driver's licenseInspect all vehicles and ensure vehicles are conditioned to be on service, including ensuring vehicles are clean, fuelled and servicedProduce reports on utilization and make recommendations on whether the pool size is adequate at all timesAssist Fleet team in other matters as requiredKey Requirements:Previous experience with Fleet related role, including basic knowledge of fleet management and vehicles.Previous experience with a vehicle hire company (beneficial)A demonstrated belief in safety values.Strong communication and organisational skills.Strong Microsoft office tools.Ability to travel domestically / regionally as required.Valid Australian car driver's license. Fleet Support Coordinator

Initially, on a 12-month basis, this is a local/regional role and you will be working Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily allocation of pool vehicles
  • Manage bookings
  • Issue and receive vehicles, including checking vehicle conditions and driver's license
  • Inspect all vehicles and ensure vehicles are conditioned to be on service, including ensuring vehicles are clean, fuelled and serviced
  • Produce reports on utilization and make recommendations on whether the pool size is adequate at all times
  • Assist Fleet team in other matters as required

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Fleet related role, including basic knowledge of fleet management and vehicles.
  • Previous experience with a vehicle hire company (beneficial)
  • A demonstrated belief in safety values.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft office tools.
  • Ability to travel domestically / regionally as required.
