You will be responsible for the daily mine geological activities under the direction of the Geology Manager.Responsibilities will include:Ensure compliance with Safety and Environmental procedure standards.Demonstrate behaviours aligned with the Evolution Mining values.Liaise with the mining crews and site technical groups.Learn, develop and use the mine geological processes in a manner that achieves and or exceeds specified goals, cost and safety targets. Collect and interpretation of geological and structural dataDevelop, maintain and validate mineral resource models, grade control systems and geological databases as required.As required, prepare accurate and timely reconciliation of grade control and block model tonnes and grade on a weekly bias. Plan and supervise effective grade control programs and ensure that quality control is maintained at the highest possible level.Create accurate and sensible-to-mine ore blockouts from the grade control data in a timely manner to meet the requirements of the mining operation.What you’ll bringOur values of Safety, Excellence, Accountability and Respect guide how we act each and every day, they are the basis of our company culture.  You will demonstrate your ‘safety first’ mindset and how you strive for excellence and take pride in your work. The Role
