You will focus on the people side of change which will include business processes, system changes and organisational structures.The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage, and minimise resistance.About YouThe Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the business to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and achieve results and outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills, experience and abilities:5+ years change management experience with a background in roles delivering sustainable change programs across enterprise organisations relating to people and processesTertiary qualifications in a relevant field, including HR, Marketing, and Communications - (mandatory)                                                       Appropriate change management certifications, including Prosci, APMG-International, and PCI - (mandatory)      Extensive experience in stakeholder management. About the Role

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills, experience and abilities:

  • 5+ years change management experience with a background in roles delivering sustainable change programs across enterprise organisations relating to people and processes
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, including HR, Marketing, and Communications - (mandatory)                                                       
  • Appropriate change management certifications, including Prosci, APMG-International, and PCI - (mandatory)      
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management. This includes influencing and managing within all levels of the business
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience in working in a financial services environment or a similar multifaceted organisation
  • Extensive experience in the delivery of complex change programs through the application of change frameworks such as ADKAR by Prosci
  • High-level analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, analyse problems, think laterally and provide tangible, practical and achievable business solutions.
  • Ability to ensure that the business and people related benefits and risks are well understood and managed, including activities which contribute to post-implementation benefits realisation
  • The ability to deliver end-to-end transformational change programs from inception and strategy through to implementation and maintenance/support.
