Brunel Australasia is seeking Wellsite Operators to support our Client's operations in the Surat Basin.

  • $600 + per day depending on experience
  • Point of hire is Brisbane (BIBO/FIFO from Brisbane)
  • 15 days on/13 days off
  • 10 hour days
  • 12+ month contract
  • Camp Accommodation & Meals Provided

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Wellsite Lead Operator, organise and monitor wellsite operations in a specific geographical area, ensuring: Information from wells and gathering systems is gathered on time and accurately; Maintain assurance of Asset Integrity of the Wells & Gathering Infrastructure;

  • MOC Compliance and Front Line Barrier Health;
  • Monitor work place to mitigate Hazards and take appropriate action to rectify any hazards found;
  • Maintain a reporting culture that identifies and reports on non-compliance, promote Goal Zero behaviours
  • The role will have a strong focus on Operational Excellence and Production Optimisation initiatives within their geographic area of responsibility
