Lendlease are currently looking for and Emergency Response Attendant (ERA) for the Retirement village at Ellenbrook-The Pines. You will be an enthusiastic, committed, and reliable ERA to provide onsite overnight response to all Village emergency calls on a Casual basis. The shifts will be on a Casual basis to assist with annual leave cover.
With a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, the successful candidate will have proven experience in dealing with the elderly and frail along with the ability to make critical decisions in relation to emergency call outs from residence with a professional and positive approach to work to ensure that all residents’ needs are met in accordance with Lendlease standards and Resident Committee requirements.
Duties will include responding to pendant call outs and undertaking first aid and calling an ambulance when needed, cleaning, security checks and sometimes helping with the dinning team.
To be successful you must have;
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate (essential)
- CPR Certificate (essential)
- Broad understanding of the legislation, regulations and requirements, and issues affecting Retirement Villages
- Highly motivated and able to take initiative
